Social signup form that lets an ORCID signup claim an inactive contributor account.

Contributors added by hand get an inactive account. When they later sign up with ORCID, the signup links to that record instead of creating a duplicate.

Args: *args: Passed to the allauth form. **kwargs: Passed to the allauth form.

Attributes: name: The display name.
