fairdm.conf.settings.static_media#
Static and media file settings: WhiteNoise, storages and thumbnails.
Owns static serving via WhiteNoise and media storage. Media storage is the local filesystem,
switching to S3 when S3_ACCESS_KEY_ID, S3_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY and S3_BUCKET_NAME
are all present. Backups follow the media: the local backup directory, or the media bucket under
backups (BACKUP_S3_BUCKET_NAME names another bucket). A portal supplies thumbnail
aliases beyond the four core content types, and any STORAGES entry it wants to add.
